The staff, especially Priscilla, Jhett, Amanda, and Abby, were attentive and were great too ensure my comfort. The breakfast was satisfying, and the hotel offered convenient amenities like a picnic area.

Room could have been cleaner.

Eggs were fluffy but needed more of an egg tast. Bed sheet and belows like clouds. The extra sofa bed.

Coffe not avarage, some how tasted very light. Stronger coffe bage needed to be used. There was not eggs, potatos on the second day. Turky bacan will be nice to be concedard with other option off pork. Carpet and bed needed to be sprahed for incects.

Room was clean. Convience of closeness to our destination. We had left a pair of shoes behind and they notified us right away that we had left them.

When arrived was greeted by a young women holding a baby through the entire checking in process. The mattresses were too soft need to be changed. The pillows were too small not comfortable.

During my stay, I had a comfortable King Room that worked well for my needs. I appreciated the good coffee and breakfast options available on the second day, especially since there was a busy crowd. The nearby attractions, such as the Cajun French Music Hall of Fame and Museum, were easily accessible.

this absolutely great hotel is set in a pretty quiet area. the room is reasonably large and the breakfast itself is warm and great. the service is polite, includes easy to access parking. thank you for a pleasant stay.

The rooms were well-kept and provided comfort for a relaxing stay.

I faced some issues with the phone not working in my room, which could be a safety concern.

Quite location. Easily accessible. Friendly staff.

Although not a bad experience, the lavatory was extremely slow to drain. Notified the staff at check out time. Suggested that this be brought to the attention of maintenace personnel.

We walked everywhere, the location was nice and ideal, to ballpark. It was also close enough to Eunice, LA, a quiet area and the church.

The room i got reeked of smoke, even tho it was a non-smoking one, how does that even happen? Plus, i requested a first floor room for my bad knee, but ended up lugging my bags up the stairs, just lovely. Honestly, almost left a good review, but the lack of service made me think twice.

Having the smoke smell in the hallway really detracted from my stay!!! The lack of proper phone functionality in the rooms can create confusion and inconvenience!!! The front desk interaction left much to be desired!!!

The area

When went down for breakfast it was very little and it was messed over. The breakfast as is Continental but really it's not. You put out one serving and that's it

My room wasn't ready and I waited nearly 45 minutes until they could figure it out. Asked for nonsmoking and still ended up with a smoking room! I hate the smell of smoke!!!

Good room to stay a night or two but not worth the high price
